Donations under a Will or Trust

Some members have told us that they would like to provide a substantial donation to the center but need to maintain
control over their assets during their lifetimes. In these cases, they can provide for the care of the center's animals in their wills or in trusts. When you do, please remember that the center can only receive a donation from an estate if it is specifically named in the estate planning documents.
